Questions people ask us

Where does the business information come from?

From three places: business owners who list or claim themselves, public OpenStreetMap data (credited in our footer), and corrections from people who use GoNeed. A listing marked "Unclaimed" hasn't been confirmed by its owner yet.

What does the Verified badge mean?

Our team has confirmed the listing with the business itself. Verification can't be bought; it's added once we've checked.

How do I get my business on GoNeed?

Search for it first: it may already be listed, in which case press Claim on the listing. If it isn't there, add it for free. New listings are reviewed before they go live.

A listing is wrong or a review looks fake. What can I do?

Use Report under any review and a moderator will look at it. For wrong details on a listing, tell us, or ask the owner to claim it and fix it themselves.
