Terms of Service

1. The service

GoNeed ("we", "us", "our") operates a worldwide business directory that lets anyone discover local businesses, read reviews, and submit listings. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

2. Your account

You must be at least 16 years old to register. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Tell us immediately, through our contact form, if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not create accounts for others without their permission, impersonate any person, or use another person's account.

3. Submitting content

When you submit a listing, review, or any other content ("User Content"), you grant GoNeed a worldwide, royalty-free licence to display and distribute that content as part of the service.

You must not submit content that:

• Is false, misleading, or fraudulent.
• Infringes any third-party intellectual-property or privacy rights.
• Is defamatory, harassing, or unlawful.
• Contains spam, malware, or unsolicited commercial messages.
• Impersonates a business you do not represent.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or our community guidelines, at our sole discretion, without notice.

4. Business listings

Listings are subject to review before going live. We reserve the right to reject, modify, or remove any listing at any time. Approved listings may be removed if they are found to be inaccurate, fraudulent, or in violation of these Terms.

If you claim a listing you do not own, or submit false information about a business, your account may be suspended and the listing removed.

5. Paid plans

Paid plans are billed monthly or yearly, as you choose when you subscribe. A plan paid by card renews automatically until cancelled. A plan paid by bank transfer does not renew by itself: it ends when the period you paid for ends, and you can pay again to continue. A plan paid by bank transfer starts when we confirm that the payment has reached us. Upgrades paid by card take effect immediately. If you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for and does not renew. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We reserve the right to change plan pricing with 30 days' notice; a price change does not affect a period you have already paid for.

6. Intellectual property

The GoNeed name, logo, and platform code are owned by GoNeed and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

Business names, logos, and trademarks that appear in listings are the property of their respective owners.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not verify every listing and are not responsible for inaccurate business information submitted by third parties. We do not endorse any business listed in the directory.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GoNeed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any paid fees.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email or by a prominent notice on the site. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
